Spring Hurst Shopping Center and the Paddock Shops are located within 3 miles of Hurstbourne Estates.

You may paint an accent wall, we do require that it is returned back to the color you received it.

Monthly fees include a $68 media charge and a $15 common area charge.

We require renters to make 3 times the monthly rent, pass a credit and criminal background screen and be able to verify rental history.
